Do you have health and fitness enthusiasts on your gift list this year? If so, here’s a guide to find the perfect gifts. You might actually like these ideas for yourself!
I’m a runner and an occasional triathlete as well. I love training for special events, like half marathons or triathlons. When training, I’m also more conscious of healthy living and self-care. The following list includes items I myself own and love or have on my own wish list.

Everyone needs a good yoga mat to stretch on, or some something soft to stand on when working out.
This yoga mat has a life expectancy of about 10 years. When you are done, you can simply throw it in your backyard composter to decompose since it’s made of natural materials.
There’s nothing like coming home from a long run and relaxing in a soothing bath with some bath bombs. I like the ones from Lush. They are handmade in Canada and they are the bomb (pun intended)!
I don’t have a Bib and Medal holder, but I’d really love one to keep all my race bibs and medals nicely organized and on display in my home office.
Etsy has many options but I like to support local and handmade. One that I’m currently eyeing is from a Canadian seller on Etsy based out of Milton. Check out this one from 308 Gifts.
You have the choice of colours ranging from Teal to Black and it even comes in Lavender. Which colour will you choose?
Here’s another idea from another Etsy shop called Misbehave Fitness Wear. Get your special fitness nut a really fun, one-of-a-kind tank top designed to motivate and celebrate women.
This tank that says “Run Now Wine Later” is definitely something that I’d pick to wear on race day.
For security reasons, I always run with my smartphone on me. A smartphone is a great tool that deserves to be protected with a great case.
Enter Pela Case.
Several months back, I purchased a case from Pela for my iPhone and I love it. I’ve also become a Pela Case ambassador because I believe it’s a great product for a great cause.
If you want to get yourself a great phone case that’s also eco-friendly and compostable (at end of life), get that special someone on your list a Pela case with my affiliate link -> Pela Case.
Check out more on Pela to see their accessories like cases for AirPods, sunglasses, and even smartwatch bands.
Speaking of smartwatches… I’ve been using the same Garmin Vivoactive for over 6 years. It’s really been a great watch however, the technology on smartwatches has evolved a lot since then. Ever since Apple came out with its Apple Watches, I’ve wanted one.
I originally went with the Garmin because it was waterproof and tracked laps when swimming, while the first couple of Apple Watch generations did not.
However the latest generations of Apple watches are not only swimproof, but they also have heart monitors, an ECG app, and have fall detection.
